I had to wait twenty minutes while the front counter guy was running around taking care of everything. When I got to my room, the door was very hard to open after activation and it slams loud when closing on its own. this is worse than Motel 6. I'm going to stay at Motel 6 for half the cost, but at least I know what to expect, very little. Disliked: Serviceman was on the phone during check in and check out. Wi-Fi, tv, and other amenities were out of service.

Disliked: Workers will keep your deposit, even if nothing went wrong with your stay. I’ve been calling to get my deposit back and the workers have been avoiding me.
